Executive Hunting Trips
The Main Lodge serves as the perfect rendezvous area for meals, cocktails, relaxation, and strategic meetings with white tablecloth dining for formal dinners in the Great Room. Our staff can even schedule a special business event with a top local chef seating parties of up to 14 people indoors and 20 people outdoors.
Packages – Corporate Hunts
Our corporate hunting packages include:
- Guides for all hunters
- Meals, beverages, refreshments, and snacks
- Private rooms and bathrooms for our guests
- Best in class rifles, ammo, and saftey training
- Dressing and quartering as applicable of game
- Transportation of game to local processor/taxidermist (if you want processing done locally)

- Ammunition
- Texas Hunting License
- Firearms
- Meat processing, skinning, caping, shipping, and taxidermy
- Gratuities and taxes
- Optional Add-on hunts
- Airport transfers (available upon request)

Between hunts, the guests can fish for bass/perch/catfish off the banks of private lake or on canoes and fishing kayaks.

Outdoor Pavilion For Corporate Events
Day and evening meals events can also be held enjoying the cool, steady breeze under rustic Texas limestone and cedarwood beam pavilion sitting in a valley at 1400 foot elevation providing a cool, steady breeze even in the summer.
The pavilion is next to the outdoor stone swimming pool and provides outdoor seating for entire party fireside with a grand outdoor kitchen with a Primo Ceramic Cooker, Pitmaker Smoker, and Argentinian Grill.
Private Ranch For a Retreat
The Main Lodge and Pavilion with long views of Pipe Creek, our hidden valley, and surrounding hills and bluffs will provide for unforgettable evenings with your clients. The pool can also be heated upon request for year-round swimming.
Axis and Whitetail Deer Hunts
We offer Axis bucks or Whitetail buck hunts as a specialty hunting experience at Rancho Madroño. Our deer are a South Texas and Northern large whitetail herd. We feature comfortable blinds with room for up to two hunters and a skilled guide.
Each hunter will have the opportunity to hunt Axis or Whitetail bucks. Our fair chase hunts offer the unique combination of a challenging Hill Country hunt with trophy bucks. Your group will have access to hunt whitetail ranging from management buck up to 160 inches to some larger whitetails bucks in the 161-200 inch range.
Upland Bird Hunts
Pheasant Hunts For Corporate Groups
As a Texas hunting preserve, we offer a variety of hunts. Pheasant offers a fast-paced hunt over skilled dogs. Bring group or just a friend and spend the day with our upland hunting outfitter in the fields at Rancho Madroño. Hunt pheasant October through March.
Chukar Partridge Hunts
Challenge yourself to a half-day chukar hunt. Hunt these fast-flying game birds offer challenging wing-shooting.
